How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Continental U.S. Standard Shipping:

Your order will arrive in 3-10 Business days. Some exclusions may apply.

Continental U.S. Expedited 3-5 Day:

Orders received before Noon CST (Mon-Fri except holidays) will arrive in 3-5 business days. Some exclusions may apply.

Continental U.S. Expedited Next Day:

Orders received before Noon CST (Mon-Fri except holidays) will arrive the next business day. Some exclusions may apply.

International Standard Shipping:

Arrival times for orders shipped internationally vary by shipping address. For an estimated arrival time, please contact us at orders@nph.wels.net or call us at 800-662-6022 Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5pm | Friday: 8:30am-4pm | Saturday: 9am-3pm CST.

For Canadian Customers Only - Duty-Free Economy Shipping:

This method allows Canadian customers to save 25-30% on shipping charges. Orders will be aggregated and the shipping process will be started every other Thursday. Depending on when you place your order, it will arrive in 3-4 weeks. Since these orders will be shipped through the Canadian postal system, no additional duties are charged. Some exclusions may apply. Please note that, because of the Canadian postal strike, your shipment may be delayed.

How are my shipping charges determined?

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the shipment and the shipping time you select above. They will be displayed during checkout.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

If the shipping carrier provides a tracking service, an email with the tracking information will be sent to your account email when your order ships.

Can I pick up my order at NPH?

NPH offers on-site pickup of Communion cups, Communion wafers, sheet music, and music CDs. All other materials will ship directly from our distribution center in Brainerd, MN. Click here to shop products that are available for pickup.
