How do I sign up?

Signing up is fast and easy! Click here or call 800-662-6022 to sign up with one of our friendly customer service representatives.

What will my church or school receive?

Your church or school will receive 1 percent of your purchases when you shop at NPH and are signed in to your account. The same is true when you make an order over the phone with one of our friendly customer service representatives.

Are there any restrictions?

Only individuals can sign up for NPH EXTRA. Please note that not every purchase you make qualifies. These types of purchases are not eligible:

• Purchases paid for or reimbursed by a church, school, or other organization
• Purchases for children’s and adult curricula (i.e. Christ-Light®, Bible studies, etc.)
• Gift cards
• Periodical subscriptions (Forward in Christ, Meditations: Daily Devotional®, and Wisconsin Lutheran Quarterly)
• Other restrictions may apply

Should I encourage others to sign up as well?

Please do! The more people from your church or school who sign up for NPH EXTRA, the more your church or school will benefit. For ideas on how to do this, click here.

How do I make sure my purchase counts toward NPH EXTRA?

Once you’ve signed up for NPH EXTRA, that’s all you need to do! When you’re signed in to your NPH account and order online, your purchase will be applied automatically. Or you can order by phone through a customer service representative and let them know that you’re an NPH EXTRA member.

How does my church or school receive its benefits?

Up to four times a year, your designated organization will receive 1 percent of your purchases (and the purchases of others who have designated your organization). Funds are sent out when the total rebate exceeds $25.

What should I do if I change my church or school?

If you would like to change the organization that receives your benefit, click here to update your information. You can also email us at orders@nph.wels.net or call us at 800-662-6022.

If they’re not already, how do I get my organization to register?

Registering for NPH EXTRA costs your organization absolutely nothing. If you want to encourage your organization to register, direct them to nph.net/extraorg. They’ll find everything they need there!
