Michael Berg

An associate professor of Theology at Wisconsin Lutheran College (WLC) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Rev. Dr. Michael Berg teaches a variety of subjects, including Apologetics, Christian Worship, Life and Thought of Martin Luther, Christ in the Old Testament, and Christ and Culture. Dr. Berg is the author of The Baptismal Life, Vocation: The Setting for Human Flourishing, and On Any Given Sunday: The Story of Christ in the Divine Service. He also co-hosts the podcast Let the Bird Fly. Before teaching at WLC, he served as a pastor at St. John’s Lutheran in Wood Lake, MN for 12 years. He and his wife, Amanda, have three daughters.
