Gary Baumler

Gary P. Baumler served for 11 years as a parish pastor at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in East Brunswick, New Jersey. Afterward, he served as a professor at Northwestern College from 1976 to 1989; as editorial vice president at Northwestern Publishing House from 1989 to 1993; and then as editor of Northwestern Lutheran and Forward in Christ magazine and also WELS Director of Communications until 2005. In his retirement he has served as a part-time pastor at Living Savior in Asheville, North Carolina, and as a vacancy pastor there and at other churches.
