The Creative Hymnodist: Easter, Ascension, and Pentecost

This collection of settings, designed to be played on organ, piano, or electronic keyboard, provides simple but creative alternatives to hymnal arrangements. Each arrangement includes a brief introduction, two varied settings, and instrumental melody and descant parts for both C and B-flat instruments. Keyboard and instrumental parts are purposely simple to encourage beginning or inexperienced players. More skillful players will welcome these settings as music that can be prepared on short notice.
