absolutely loved it Review by lucas

Easily the best book I've read this year. It's not too long or detailed, it's incredibly relevant in light of current events, and it's filled with hope hope about the place God has for each one of us in this broken world.

Highly recommend!!!

A great look at the philosophy of christianity through the wisdom of Solomon Review by Michael

I really enjoyed the well written look at the way people consider life. The wisdom in Ecclesiastes is brought out in a great way for teenagers and adults to grow in the understanding of the world around us. He uses present examples from movies, literature and art to share the wisdom of Solomon from 3000 years ago and how it amazingly still applies to our lives today. Nothing is new under the sun. We are blessed to have a pastor who has trained in philosophy and went on to become a pastor. Sometimes philosophy can be feared by Christians, but this study enlightens us with true life and meaning. You won't be disappointed by this back and will be thoroughly enriched in your faith and will grow in wisdom. I look forward to reading more of his books in the future.

Highly Recommended Review by Michael

I highly recommend Pastor Thompson's new book, Your Life Has Meaning. He posses the unusual ability to meld together current culture with theological insights. His book is a quick tour of the philosophy of life, and engaging look at Ecclesiastes, and a thoughtful presentation of Christian freedom all wrapped up in one short book. An excellent gift for your skeptical friend, young Christians finding their way in life, or the mature Christian looking for a deep dive into what it means to be a part of God's majestic story in which all Christians are graced to be a part. Pr. Thompson uses Ecclesiastes as a jumping-off point to discuss how great thinkers have answered the question "What is the good life?" He tactfully shows how each philosophy of life ultimately falls flat and that the Gospel is the fullest and sweetest answer to this perennial question.
