Priority Level:

Level 1 Contact Kurt Not able to service customer. Do not use this form, please contact Kurt directly
Level 2 Mac issues causing inconveniences in day to day work. Level 2 will be reviewed and prioritized every 2 hours by Kurt
Level 3 Mac requests for longer term projects/requests. Level 3 will be reviewed by Kurt daily and prioritized accordingly
NOTE:
Level 1 customer facing issues will take priority, however, every attempt will be made to address Level 2 and 3 requests timely

If you’d like to know the status of your level 3 requests please contact your department head (Eric Krueger, Todd Rebillot or John Braun) for an update

For printer toner requests please log as a level 2 request
