Customer Service Representatives

NPH is seeking several individuals for the part-time position of Customer Service Representative. The individuals chosen for these positions will contribute to a service culture of Christian witness and ministry. This person will serve customers in the NPH store, on the phones, and at conventions. As part of providing effective, personalized, and memorable service, these individuals will help customers find materials they are looking for and recommend additional relevant resources.

The individuals chosen for these positions will have prior experience in providing outstanding customer service through one or more of the sales channels referred to in this notice.

These positions will average 20 hours per week and will include weekdays, Saturdays and occasional holidays. Hours worked may vary.

Advertising and Marketing Copywriter

The individual chosen for this part-time position (average of 30 hours/week) will be responsible for driving sales through the writing of effective advertising and marketing copy for NPH publications and selected non-proprietary products.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, as well as the following experience:

  • Expertise in desktop publishing software: Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Familiarity with basic operations in Quark Xpress.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML code.
  • Knowledge of current advertising trends and marketing concepts.

Additional knowledge of NPH product lines and experience with their content would be helpful.
